David Shirk is currently NetMore America’s Chief Information/Compliance Officer.  David has substantial executive experience in numerous categories as COO and later CEO of Frontier Investment Company, Director of Lending Systems at Framework Inc., and Senior Vice President-Production Technologies at Countrywide Home Loans.

In addition to David’s background with Frontier and leading technologies, David also is known in the industry as a mortgage compliance consultant through his prior company, RegWise. Recognizing his experience and knowledge in this arena, the Federal Reserve Board appointed him to their Consumer Advisory Council which assists the Fed staff in assessing regulatory changes for the Truth In Lending Act’s Regulation Z and other federal regulations. This diversity and experience is his strength and of certain value to NetMore’s organization.

David has been recognized in the industry through his leadership within the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals.  He has written numerous articles and continues to build his reputation by sharing his knowledge and experience.
